Q: What format are your DVD's and will they play on my player?

A: We use the DVD-R (minus R) format, which is compatible on about 98% of the newer players available today. Follow this link for more information regarding DVD-R compatibility issues.
The DVD-R format may be problematic with some Philips / Magnavox players which prefer the lesser compatable +R (plus R) format.

Q: Are your DVD reproductions of commercial or professional quality?
A: Our DVD reproductions are produced on top quality Panasonic consumer grade stand alone recorders.

There will be no chapter stops, or interactive menu screens - only the uninterupted movie.


All DVD discs we produce are high quality reproductions. All of our DVD's have a professional look and are inkjet labeled (no paper disc labels used), cased and include movie synopsis. For more information visit our Our Services page.

Q: Will there be any commercial breaks in my DVDs?
A: No. All of our reproductions will arrive commercial-free.

Q: Can I order a movie not listed on this website?

A: Please order only movie titles listed on the Timeless Theater site.


We are adding new titles to our collection weekly (be sure to visit our New Arrivals page for the latest additions.

You may also click on the Film Find link and submit your request. We will work diligently to locate your film or respond back if we cannot locate it.

Please do not request a title currently available on commercial DVD.

Q: How do I order a DVD movie?
A: All titles are ordered by selecting the title in the drop-down menu that appears in each genre page's order box. After you select the title you want, click on the add-to-cart button (also located in the order box).

All transactions are processed through PayPal on their secure site.

Q: Are titles available in VHS format?
A: No.

Q: Will your DVDs play overseas? Are they region free?
A: Yes. Our DVDs have played flawlessly in the U.K., Germany, Ireland and other countries.

Q: What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A: It is our goal to make your purchase a pleasant buying experience, because we want you back as a repeat customer.
If in the event we provide you with a DVD that is in some way flawed, please contact us and provide a brief explanation of the problem, and return the media back to us within 15 days of purchase.

Upon receipt, we will provide an immediate credit of your purchase price and applicable shipping charges. All sales and refunds are handled through PayPal.
